Elegance Events is an online event-planning platform offering tools for guest management, seating plans, budgeting, checklists, a public event RSVP page, and a vendor marketplace.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken from your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Certain features are only available on paid plans. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the platform, including your guests' data. By entering guest data, you confirm you have a legal basis to process it (e.g. through your direct relationship with them).

You will not use the platform to unlawfully collect or process data, send spam, or post illegal content.

You may not: attempt to access another user's account without authorization, automate requests to the platform outside of normal use, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

The content, design, and code of the Elegance Events platform are owned by us or our licensors, and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for decisions made by your guests (e.g. not attending the event) or for errors you enter into the platform yourself.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania.
