1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit the platform. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as your sign-in details) for a set period.

These are required for the platform to work and do not require prior consent, under the exception provided by Law no. 506/2004. Without them, basic functions such as signing in, secure payments, managing RSVP lists or table seating cannot work.

3. Third-party cookies

Our platform integrates external services that may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies, over which we have no direct control. These include the payment processor (Stripe), analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and, where applicable, social media platforms.

4. How you can control cookies

4.1. On your first visit, a banner is shown where you can accept, reject or customise the cookies that are not strictly necessary. The platform will not set non-essential cookies before receiving your explicit consent.

4.2. You can change your choices at any time through a dedicated “Cookie settings” link in the site's footer.

4.3. Consent, once given, is valid for a maximum of 12 months, after which the consent banner is shown again.

4.4. You can also delete or block cookies directly in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking essential cookies makes the platform unusable (for example, you will not be able to sign in).
