Refund & Cancellation Policy

Under consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of purchase, without needing to give a reason.

If you request immediate access to paid features (i.e. you don't wait 14 days) and confirm this at purchase, the right of withdrawal may end once the service has been fully delivered, as permitted by law.

If a withdrawal request is made while the service has only been partially used, a proportional amount for the actual usage period may be withheld.

Send a request to the email address on the Contact page, mentioning your account and the reason for the request. We will respond to and process eligible requests within 14 calendar days.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future payments but does not automatically generate a refund for the current, already-paid period.

No refunds are given for subscription periods already fully consumed, or for accounts suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
